THis is the only news i can find.
In early March we had two nest-cameras installed at their breeding ground of a black stork couple in the Hunsrück. A stork cam attached to the side branch above the nest (channel 1), the second at the next tree with a lateral perspective (channel 2). The cameras are designed so that they disturb the elusive bird in any way. The technique with the transmission equipment is located in a trailer 300 m away from the nest. To move there with plenty of cable to the forest floor.

For seven years here, a black stork nests. The first hurdle is done: He incubates our selected Horst! Hopefully keep the art that Storch TV can transfer the entire brood.
Be there at the first Black Stork Cam in Germany. Have fun!

If you want to learn to write it on our whiteboard: facebook.com / Die.Foerster
They are indeed lucky to have a nest existing for 7 years... have the BS nested then every year ?
Are you there Dolly ?

These Black Storks are quietly incubating their nest. ( well, there is no sound.. )
There is nothing of note happening. The cam is a bit far to hope to identify male/female or one from the other.... I did not see the egg-laying either.
Hello Dolly, are you there ? Can you tell us about the storks ?

I have tried to look at the blackstorck-cam, but if anybody will see the life of the storcks one has to be in facebook. I never go to them and also not to you tube. So I do not see blackstorcks in my homeland. But I have a cam in Estland - :loveshower: :loveshower: .
