Yes, I have wondered about that, too, Bleggi. The cam does not even connect to the white screen "too many retries" anymore, so I think it may have been disconnected for the winter. I was hoping to see what came here when the weather gets cold & white.

Oh, good! We still have the forest cam. It must just have been offline for a few days. I hope it continues working into the winter. I want to see if boars come here, perhaps wolves! :2thumbsup:

I am happy to see views of the forest; so the cam seems just not to come on at times when I can watch it now. It takes a while for the batteries to gather enough power with the shortened daylight, I suppose. But it is nice to see the photos others post here. :shake:

Edit, 23:06-- I clicked on the cam & it came on! It is pitch black, but I can hear the breeze & the whine/ buzz from the microphone (I always thought it was night insects in the past, but surely not at this time of year, so must be the mic).

I did not get the cam at the right time - it was always saying: Too much retries......
Nice to see, that sometimes we can reach the wood. So I will continue trying and I am sure: One day I will catch the moment.....
Greetings from Bleggi :hi:
