After being informed, our senior colleague from the traffic inspectorate went to the scene himself and successfully rescued the chick, which had fallen more than 25 meters into the corn and not onto the concrete base of the post. Our colleague arrived just in time to prevent the foxes from chasing the chick, which at first glance escaped without any injuries.

Our falcon expert took the chick to the zoo's bird clinic for a thorough examination. The staff at the bird clinic confirmed that the chick is fine, but will spend the weekend at the bird clinic for observation and professional care.

Early this week, MAVIR experts are expected to return the fallen chick to its parents, as it needs at least another week to develop before it can fly out with peace of mind. In such cases, the parents will not treat the returned chick like a stranger.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who reported the chick as fledged so that we could rescue it quickly and effectively.
