On the way to my parents I am crossing an area, which is well know for cultivation of Humulus/Hop ... a plant which is needed to brew famous yummie Bavarian beer :laugh:

The region is called "Hallertau"
Farmers are already preparing the so called "hop-gardens" ... replacing old poles and repairing the wires. Hop is climbing up on the wires.

Here going to see the new born baby lambs is a popular spring event. Nobody thinks of food. (We do not eat much lamb, but we use a lot of wool.)

We also grow a lot of hops.

look at the second picture, like lifting the legs, the ground is too hot and burns the legs...jijiji

Sheep are bred here mostly for meat, the money they get for wool is too less.
