Morning Fleur. Because of the distance I am not sure. I think is was Pygmy Owl, but it could be Scops Owl.

Scops Owl doesn't occur in Baltic states so Pygmy Owl is an only reliable version. However sound is very far and it's hard to hear something for me.

Yes, but it probably means that the cam is not closed but is malfunctioning.
