Oh yes, I hear them all the time!
I sometimes think they do it on purpose and are laughing behind our backs, saying:
"Come on Badger, you go in front of the camera for a second, that will keep them happy for a while, hahaha!"

18:43 Badger! :shake:
He is walking backwards and dragging plants into the castle, at least twice.

A little later he is leaving.

Well, I almost missed the badger too. There are so many sounds all the time and every time I watch the cam when I hear something, there's nothing. So I ignored the sounds of the badger at first.
The 'bangs' were very strange. So were some of the sounds you recorded. Too bad there aren't any video files.......

What's it for, new 'bedding'? The plants were fresh, I think. It cannot be for preparing a nest, can it? Wrong time.

A group of boar passed very noisily. But only one little one came up for a short moment, all others stayed just under the cam out of view

Nearly a week ago there was a programme on TV. At 28.17 begins a part in which Tiit Hunt was speaking about badgers and said that the mating "session" of 1.5 hours of the inhabitants of "our" castle could be the world record. Though it is in Estonian, it might be interesting to see the castle from a different angle

Thanks for the link, Summi. Sometimes I watch Ringvaade, although I don't understand much.

Edit: I now watched. The other guy I know already from Osoon  It's interesting to see the surroundings.
Did they say that the male is called Tõnis? And they compared the backwards moving with Michael Jackson's moonwalk :rotf:
Again thanks for the link! I enjoyed watching!
