27 August 2019, Cam stream is online:

AEF-NEFL The Hamlet is alive! Samson returned this evening to the nest, perched a bit on Lookout Point, and flew directly to the Lumber Yard Tree. He's roosting in a nearby pine. Prayers continue for Romeo and Juliet's return.

He was also in the nest last night.
Today he was filmed enjoying Dorian's wind in flight. The video can be found on YouTube.
