I heard an eagle a while ago and thought it was at the eagle feeding cam but...

I just turned the sound off there so I will know if I hear it again.

Hope you have a good day.

I watched the Seal slide off the little ice creation, on to the beach and then into the water. I think they like moving on ice a lot more than on the rocks.

thank you fireblade for those videos, the KBV and the seal.

the things seemed not to be quite right for the seal though... it must have been injured in some way. it didn't use its right 'arm' at all and it looked thinner than the seals here have been. and the crows were so close to it... they seem to be the vultures here.

HaHaHa! The seals in the video movie look like passengers lounging on the deck of a cruise ship!

I am glad the cam is back again, & look how the beach has changed while it was off over Christmas! I have wondered how it would be when the ice season began, but the seals seem to like it just fine. Thank you for the good pictures & videos Alice, Fleur, Venegor, Fireblade, Jopie, & Kuremari. I can hardly wait for the days to get long enough that sunrise & sunset are more available for me to see. Alice is lucky-- if it is 1:00 AM for me, it is only 23:00 PM for her & she gets a bit more time to see the sunrise & watch for a while.

And the crows are beginning to arrive

(My computer was 8 years old when I bought it. I have had it a year and it is sooo slow, I want to cry. And here health insurance is something to dream about but computers are not so expensive maybe @500.00 -- not sure but under 400 Euros. I may dream yet awhile or I may act. It is scary.
