Are you sure that it was the same bird who brought and then removed nest materials?

Not sure why starlings for many times comes with nestmaterial and sometimes brings it also out :puzzled: ... curious.

Shanta, I see him also for the first time, but this starling we can recognize :mrgreen: . The behavior is strange and what are they doing the whole day :puzzled: .

Yes IceAge, this one we can recognize :D
During the day, think they are eating ... looking for food, but don't know if it's a normal way for a couple and nestbuilding. Maybe till now we have not seen a really pair, only invitings from a male and till now he could not find a firm mate :puzzled:
