Biker, the last one so far I've seen was Mr. Woodpecker 20/21. over night ... so it was the second night without a bird

Woodpecker doesn't use nestboxes for breeding, so he flew away to search for a proper tree with a hole in the trunk. Winter is over and he left his winterplace.

Till now I'm speechless, never before have seen such a fight of Starlings. They were fighting for around 90 minutes and the sound.
Would like to know what the third Starling is doing between all.

Not sure what to think about this couple, a normal behavior :unsure:

However, seems nestbuilding starts ... one Starling sometimes with nestmaterial flies in, waiting for mate
