Beautiful pictures of Fridis.
Soon she flies. Is it a female? On the Latvian side, where the camera is, is a text. But it can also be a translation error.

Jujani I don't know if she is a female or male, but in my head she is a female :-)
20:54 - Betiņa arrived...
with greenery to the nest.
And then she did a little housework, before she flew up to the branch, and left.

21:40 - Betiņa on the branch, and Fridis is out of sight, on the lower, left, branch. Her beak was visible when Betiņa arrived some minutes ago.

Good morning
Frīdis is restless this morning. She is jumping around, like a professional, on all the branches around the tree, calling. Betiņa arrived earlier, with more greenery to the nest, but Frīdis wants breakfast :-) It´s windy.

10:32 Still 'upstairs' he moved to the side branch on the right. Picture doesn't look very good, against the light.

Wow, so much has happened, so fast. This morning I was impressed by the way she jumped around on the branches around the nest tree. And now I see that she is able jump on the upper branches. On Liz's video it almost looked like she flew up on the branch. Good job, Frīdis!!
Thank you, everybody, for the updates from today

Good night, Lussi
First, I thought that Frīdis was sitting on the branch with only one leg.

Frīdis was! But it was in the morning when he sat on the branch with only one leg.

Fridis spends a lot of time on the branch above the nest, his favourite spot. I guess he can see a lot from there.
@Liz, there is no sound on your videos. Or am I the only one who hears nothing?

Dad came with a frog for afternoon snack, but Frīdis literally threw Betiņš out of the nest after taking the frog
After eating the frog as a whole, Frīdis did some exercise
and jumped to the upper branch
It is very windy, but Frīdis is really cool ...
