I opened the cam at 19:15 - both are in, "trying" to sleep, but they are quite restless sleepers, as it seems.

Edit: I have yet to learn who is who, one is looking out from time to time and on jumping back jumps on the other, who is not amused

My guess, the talking female stalks starling male. He don't want her, he wants his favourit female (yellow beak) stay in the box. This female seems don't like to stay inside, think she was in the box with male (04.04) as talking female came in and they had a fight and now she don't feel safe inside.

Both were inside, snoozing, when I opened the cam. A little haggling and after that both left again.
It's really a new behaviour, but as we rarely see what is going on inside such nest boxes, we won't know how they behave ... Now we have the chance to see and learn.

She is sleeping, far in distance male is singing. It is very loud, seems to be very windy. Female sometimes wake up, but back to sleep.
