Early morning at the Osprey nest

6:27 A tawny owl visit the nest

8 October. Good morning! Wow, Liz! It seems to me that this owl is a frequent visitor in the nest.
It's windy and rainy today .... 11:23. Several ravens are flying over the forest. One of them landed on the webcam, and the other landed in the nest. A minute later he jumped on the webcam.

12:40. Crows flew to the webcam. He sings his little arioso ....

15:23. The Raven flew in. He has a find in his beak. The Raven spat his burden out of his beak, strolled along the nest, danced a little, took his burden in his beak and flew away ...

A beautiful young eaglet is for a short moment at the nest




looks like the eaglet was scared of the camera.

- and so embarrassingly spotty!
i think it was a 2nd calendar year eaglet, who hatched last summer. eaglets who have hatched this summer are very uniformly dark brown.
