yitmoth wrote: July 20th, 2018, 2:23 pm Amazingly, despite the drastic falloff in birdsong activity on all the Baltic webcams (quite normal for July), it seems like the Sedge Warbler (Acrocephalus schoenobaenus) still sings all night long and into early morning somewhere near this nest. Here's a short segment from this morning (nothing to see, just listen).
Thank you! It's nice that the summer is not over yet.

Oh! Sorry,that's a double....not deleted!

I don't remember at the moment which year MM was born. Was this her birth nest?
Thank you in advance.

19:31 Today evening seems to be The Day of ants wedding flight (nuptial flight), thousands of them are flying above the nest and running on the nest, we have seen this great phenomenon every year in the end of July in this web cam :whistling:, I was lucky to see it again tonight thanks to this cam :D

11:22 She took off
11:22 An unringed osprey landed, is calling alarm
11:23 An osprey, probably MM, attacked this osprey several times, this unringed osprey flew off

No cam, probably the batteries got empty
