The nest is the most important thing. We are just guests and we can not endanger the eggs ... and, if we have to wait until July, we will wait. Patience. :2thumbsup:

Good morning:
News from Dabasdati.lv forum (Google translation):

9.05.
Good afternoon!
Message from Jāņa Ķ. The good news is that the socket is healthy, and everything is going on!
Below is the bad news. The cable is broken and the camera is "dead", as we are currently left without live broadcast, perhaps, if possible, restored to ringing.
Meanwhile I remember the ambience in the nest:

Thank you for a sign! :loveshower:

Since you were there, you could visually (from below  ) see if everything is good? Do parents fly the nest regularly?

You have to ask in the dabasdati.lv forum or in the chat on YouTube for details, because nobody in this forum is in contact with the Latvian eagle-men.

I guess "The good news is that the socket is healthy, and everything is going on! " means that the nest is in good shape and ospreys are incubating.

If I understood the message from Maris in the Dabasdati forum correctly, could there be any news at the weekend?

Thank you Liz for the information. I am very sad to read that.
Perhaps it was better that the camera wasn't online to document the disaster.

The first egg was covered with nest material later and vanished to the under part of the nest ground, Tija was hatching 3 eggs

I had also seen that there were four eggs, one egg was covered by one of the osprey, and three eggs remained. how do you know that there is no one in the nest if the camera does not work?

It might also happen that Tija and Teo abandoned the eggs because somebody scared them off. They saw people and flew away as it was in 2010 in Finland with one of cam osprey nests.
