Once more, he/she did not fly much. Presumably, it was a rainy day. The fact that the battery level is dropping confirms that.

As Waba didn´t move much during the weekend I made a two-day update

WABA - 13./14./15.09.2024

From 13.09._16:51 until 15.09._15:54

Distance: 4,71 km
Battery: 22%

Waba is still in Ukraine, not far from Butivtsi, seems a nutritious area for a Black Stork :thumbs:
Battery level dropped to 22%, but I suppose the current bad weather zone over Eastern Europe reaches and affects also Ukraine

The battery level rose, so the solar panel captured sunrays.

I am starting to find it a little strange that Waba is still in the same small area (flying very short distances since 10 September), and will be happy to see him/her flying more. :puzzled:
Hope he/she is doing well.

Our Waba has decided to travel on.
A longer flight is always good to recharge the battery. :D

He/she is currently in Romania, west of the village of Leahu-Nacu, on the edge between Botoșani county and Iasi county. Waba is on the territory of Frumușica.

Frumușica is a commune in Botoșani County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Boscoteni, Frumușica, Rădeni, Storești, Șendreni and Vlădeni-Deal.

Leahu-Nacu is a village in Deleni commune in Iasi county, Moldova, Romania.
