The day started at 06:52:


A relaxed start to the day for the male:

Those massive wings need moving every now and then:

Dad is most likely on one of the branches surrounding the nest:


I wasn't gone long, was I? (He's carrying a stick, so he wasn't chick-watching!)

Dad's off again after just two minutes:


But that's because Mom has been around for a bit already:

The day kicked off at 06:54:


El macho and the chick were up half an hour later:


Just before 9 am the male took off (and moved to monitor the area from one of the branches):

All alone in the huge nest:


Dad rejoined the kid at 10:41:


Some shade for the little one at noon:

La hembra came home at 15:44:


The male didn't take long to leave:


Mom gave the chick some protection from the sun:

A quarter or so later she started to produce food:
