Pictures from Wednesday, 11. August...
19:35 Three people stood on the rock on the right side.
Fisherman in the boat was flowing on the right side near the tree.
21:05 Warm pastel colours of the sunset. Seagull was walking on the lawn on the left side.
22:26 Calm late evening. The sky looked wonderful. Golden reflections were visible on the sea surface.
Lights of the ships were visible in the horizon.
Good night to all

Hello!
thanks, Florinda!
this year my first Meteor of the Perseids.
Puzzling why but this year I had not seen one.
But now I wait for the Draconids.
a bit more patience is required because less ZHR but they are so beautiful

Hello everyone
• Thank you Florinda and Biker for your superb pictures
and thank you Hellem for information about "The Night of the Ancient Bonfires".
My Mom passed away on August 26th so I couldn't post on the forum. Mom's funeral was on Monday.
Now I'm absolutely alone because I only lived with my mother. It's hard time for me.
Good night to all

So sorry about your loss.
I hope this means that you can spend more time here, now?
Be kind to yourself. Find something to laugh at, even if it is forced.

Thank you very much ALL for the words of consolation.
My Mom was a lawyer and I am an artist (painter, graphic artist and photographer)
so documents and running errands in offices are new to me and I have to learn everything quickly.
Mom didn't leave me any instructions on what to do in case of her death.
I will not be active on the forum for some time yet,
because for now I am discovering the unknown world of bureaucracy.

I wish you strength and condolences for the loss of your mother.
I hope everything will work out a bit now that you will have to do it alone.
