The regular international waterfowl census is approaching. This year January 14-15 have been appointed as the central observation days. As in earlier years however all observations made in January are registered, since all observers cannot be expected to be free on the central observation weekend. However, we ask you to make your observation as near the central dates as possible. To make the summary easier we have already for years used a standard observation form. The form, maps of observation sectors and earlier census reports are at: http://www.eoy.ee/en/node/283
