Magpie.
Full-grown magpies are sedentary and live in couples throughout the year, only the young birds roam around during the winter season.
The magpie has a bad reputation as thief, but is an extraordinarily beautiful bird, at first sight semmingly black and white, but this black is iridiscent in blueish, lilac and greenish hues. The tail of a full-grown magpie makes up about half of its body length, the tail of a young bird is shorter.
