Whatever the winter was like on the mainland, after all the ski marathon was held, but  in Saaremaa it has in fact been one long autumn as you can read in Jaanis’s review: LINK

 

That badgers air their dens in winter, go roaming around the den and have a sunbath when there is a chance is known. The individual that was caught in the video took a trip more than half a kilometre away from the main den. Compliments are in place – compared to autumn the look is much slimmer.
