On Hiiumaa an exhibition of seashore finds or sea gifts has opened: “Seashore Department Store”.
In an outbuilding at RMK Ristna Nature Centre all sorts of things that people have found while walking on the seashore have been heaped. There are various bottles and containers, there are boots, medicines and journals. The exhibition makes one laugh, but brings serious afterthoughts too: so many dangerous things are floating around in our seas. The exhibition stays open until September 15. After this the brought-together collection can be seen on agreement with the Ristna Nature Centre
