Hooded crow.
In winter hooded crows seem to have their living places everywhere. They are of course more numerous in cities; densely forested areas are less popular. A quite large number of the crows here in winter have migrated from the north, and ours in turn stray southwards. The head, neck, wings, tail, beak and feet of the hooded crow are black, the remainder of the feathering grey. The number of wintering crows has varied over the years but from counts during several decades it seems that the population is decreasing.
