And in the pine woods of northwestern Estonia, too ... If it had been in one locality only there would have been little point in announcing it - but in three places. The caps were dome-shaped quite as they should on young mushrooms, covered with a milkily transparent film. The usual time to look for the first rufous milkcaps is the middle of July.
From the culinary point of view an interesting experience: they need long parboiling (30 minutes) or twelve hours of soaking in water.
