While the month-old eaglet still had to be coddled by the mother then a strong development towards independence has taken place during the last week.

Let us glance a moment at the future – what may we see in the nest and will our  predictions come true?

The eaglet already uses its wings on taking the food and it will not be long until there will be flight exercises on the nest. Fledging from the nest might be expected in early August.
