Eagle-mother Tiiu has brought a water vole to the nest

On 2. September the juvenile bird Teet will become 3 months old.
Although some branches slightly disturb the camera view, you can see that the adults are feeding the young bird well. Teet is spending his time on nearby trees and lets the adults wait a few minutes for him before returning to the nest to feed.
Soon he will leave the nest and discover the gruesome truth about adult life. Hunting requires serious skill and experience, which come slowly with time. The end of the breeding season will bring serious lifestlye changes for the young bird.

Young bird Raju has turned two and half months old. Through the camera we can only hear him calling and squealing near the nest. The adults cannot attract him to the nest any more - Raju has learned to handle prey at nearby tree branches.
